§ 72.99. PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the following provisions of this code, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a penalty and fine as set out herein.
Parking in violation of signs or markings
Parking in front of a private or public driveway
Parking within an intersection
Parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant
Parking within 20 feet of crosswalk at intersection
Parking within 30 feet of flashing beacon, stop sign, or traffic signal
Parking within 20 feet of fire station driveway
Parking - obstructing traffic
Parking on left side of a stopped vehicle
Moving someone else’s vehicle into a prohibited area
Blocking entrance to parking area prohibited
Driving through parking area - Ord. 414 sign must be present
Parking in designated handicap area
Vehicle over 20 feet long or 8 feet wide parked on city street in front of residence
Trailer of any size parked on city street in front of residence
(B) A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which any violation occurs or continues.
