§ 52.27. EQUIVALENT DWELLING UNITS.

  • The connection charge to be charged any owner, subdivider, developer, or other user shall be determined as set forth in §52.26, except for the following users, who shall be charged based upon the equivalent dwelling units as follows:

    Mobile home courts

    3.0: 9-15 employees
    1.0 for each additional 10 employees or fraction thereof
    Gasoline service stations
    2.0
    Laundromats
    .7 per washer
    Nursing homes
    .4 per bed
    Hotels and motels without restaurant facilities
    .3 per room
    Lodges, veterans organizations, churches and similar organizations without eating or drinking facilities
    1.0 for each 200 members or fraction thereof
    Restaurants, taverns, and similar establishments
    1.0: 1-2 employees
    2.0: 3-5 employees
    1.0 for each 4 employees or fraction thereof
