§ 51.25. PRETREATMENT FACILITIES.

Users must provide wastewater treatment as necessary to comply with this chapter and must achieve compliance with local limits and the prohibitions set out in § 51.15 within the time limitations specified by the Workforce Manager. Any facilities necessary for compliance shall be provided, operated, and maintained at the user's expense.
