§ 90.99. PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the following provisions of this code, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a penalty and fine as set out herein.
Inadequate shelter for animal
Inadequate drinking water and food for animal
Failure to provide medical care
Failure to keep enclosure in a sanitary condition
Failure to properly restrain animal
Illegally setting poisonous bait
Failure to notify animal owner after causing injury or death of animal
Failure to properly maintain kennel
Animal left unattended in vehicle - health hazard to animal
Unlawful disposal of animal after biting incident
Possession of wild animal without a permit
Failure to display dangerous animal sign
Killing a domestic animal
Harboring a non-immunized dog
Failure to register dog or cat after involved in an attack
Failure to confine dog or cat in heat
Howling or barking dog for more than five minutes between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. - first offense:
Howling or barking dog for more than 15 minutes between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. - second offense
Howling or barking dog for shorter than five or 15 minutes but more than five occasions in a ten-day period -
Interfering with animal control enforcement
(B) A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which any violation occurs or continues.
